For people who have not already joined the club please use the ‘contact us’ link on our website and we will arrange to invite you to a meeting.
For current members.
Booking will open for the next meeting on the first Monday after the previous meeting.
Please email Simon to book a place.
Bookings are made on a ‘first come first served’ basis. You will receive an email confirming that your place has been booked. Please also say if you will bring sweet or savoury food and what drink you will bring. Cancellations are also to be notified to Simon, please.
Simon will then coordinate the booking list, ensuring that the numbers fit the host’s requirements, and send all the necessary information to the host.
An email will be sent to everyone attending approximately a week before the meeting, giving the address.
If a meeting is full, a reserve list will be set up. Please let Simon know if you are unable to attend so that someone else can be given your place. Thank you.
