Bristol Piano Club – how to book a place at a meeting.

For prospective members.

For people who have not already joined the club please use the ‘contact us’ link on our website and we will arrange to invite you to a meeting.

For current members.

Booking will open for the next meeting on the first Monday after the previous meeting. – To book a place please email Leonora who will book in the appropriate number of people that can be accommodated by the host/s for that month. Bookings are made on a ‘first come first served’ basis.

If a meeting is full, a reserve list will be set up. Please let Leonora know if you are unable to attend so that someone else can be given your place. Thank you.

A Concert being held in Cardiff on June 25th 2023.

Distinguished pianist and writer Susan Tomes joins us for an hour of music by amongst others Amy Beach, Ravel and Chaminade.

Susan is renowned internationally as a pianist, especially within chamber settings; she was for 15 years the pianist of Domus and for the other 15 years was the pianist in the Florestan Trio and continues to perform with the Gaudier Ensemble.

She has won numerous awards both on the concert platform and in the recording studio, including the 2013 Cobbett Medal. Her most recent book The Piano in100 Pieces (Boydell Press) earned her the Presto Music Award 2021.
